Including, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program with particular focus on the LIHTC application, Government sponsored housing finance programs (municipal, federal, CHFA, DOH), particularly the application processes of these programs. We bring experience with bank financing programs for construction and permanent, as well as experience with FHA financing products and tax-exempt and taxable bond financing. Strong knowledge of state sponsored housing portfolio properties with emphasis on repositioning for long term sustainability.
